Going Against the Grain is a self-help/ memoir for troubled youth. The book is loosely based off the life of Anthony "lil Ant" Barnes, who was once a troubled youth trapped in the juvenile system himself. This book was written when he was 18 years old. Now, Akewi Karamba, he is releasing his story, testimony and the tools to overcome that lifestyle. He gives the honest and upfront truth about the streets and what it will do to you. Going Against the Grain is not your ordinary self-help book. The stories, poems, life lessons and challenges will move and motivate the reader to adapt a more positive and productive lifestyle.
