The Noo Logistics

The noo logistics (here noo is from the Greek vooc - the reason) is a reasonable management of current interconnected flows of material and information values, the totality of which is the life support of both an individual intelligent being, for example, a person, and their groups in real time (in the present) to achieve the goal in the future. Noo logistics includes modern commodity - money Logistics, which optimally manages the interconnected flows of values in a form of goods, money and information. It provides the possibility of transition to the Noo Economy, which adjusts the value relations between intelligent beings and between them and the environment. The book contains the results of many years practical work of authors on the creation of a noo control technology of large - scale grids of gas and electricity supply that contains gas wells, gas-compressor units, gas air coolers, installations of preparation of gas to transportation, steam boilers, multistage steam turbines, pumps, heat exchangers, pipelines, condensers, shut-off valves, etc. It gives examples of calculations of noologistical management solutions and control actions for power and gas supply grids, which are thus transformed into the so - called "smart grids". The use of above technology only to create "smart grids" is the part of its capabilities. Its concept provides noo managing the life support of each person, as well as common one of interacting people in group of any number up to all of mankind within their habitat. Life support refers to a combination of current flows of consumption, of creation and of rejection the values that meet the needs of persons and their groups. Habitat refers to a set of values available to meet the individual needs of person and the common needs of their groups. Noo logistics considers any group of interacting persons as a hierarchy that exists under its own rules, regardless of its type (family, party, state, Union, factory, enterprise, firm, sect, group, club, etc.). The current rules in it are designed to provide the inequality of life supports, habitats and goals in persons located at different levels of its management. This approach allows uniformly noologistically to manage it by changing the magnitudes of personal status coefficients, relative subjectivities and forms of interaction in its rules. From the point of view of Noologistics, relations between persons in groups are carried out in a single form - through the current flows of material and information values, i.e. through their life supports. The relations of persons and all mankind to the environment are carried out in the same form. Flows of goods, money and information, the optimal management of which is the subject of traditional (commodity-money) Logistics, are part of the above-mentioned current flows of material and information values. Therefore, the traditional Economy that regulates a commodity-money relations is a part of Noo Economy, which regulates of the value relationship. The practical significance of the use of logistics lies in the possibility of overcoming the well-known systemic crises inherent in modernity, which are due to the increasing use of so-called" technology without people", contradictions between the increasing needs of people (humanity) and their habitat, the shortcomings of representative democracy. The book may be of interest to specialists and researchers of production, Economics, Logistics, ecology, politics, etc., as well as for teachers, postgraduates and students. It may be of interest to employees of various government structures that control hierarchies because gives an opportunity to develop goals and plans for the future and to evaluate past performance, but also achieve in the present or the extremely size of any known criterion of reasonableness, for example, minimum CO2 emission, minimum costs, maximum profit, maximum meet the needs, etc., or any their compromise in the whole object and in any element thereof.
