Transformation of by-products from Peanut Oil and Thin-byu pith waste

In 21st century, pollution due to wastes from agricultural field, factory, market, domestic, etc., are one of the issues faced by many countries including Myanmar. Here are some tips to recycle these wastes into human consumption and household utensils. Peanut cake is the byproducts produced from Peanut oil factory. It can be transformed into various products such as crispy peanut cake, peanut cake jam and fermented peanut cake salad. Mushroom can be produced from thin-byu pith wastes which are left in the field after stem cutting for mat-making processes. These can be used for human consumption or selling. Thin-byu pith waste collected from the field or from mat-making processes are dried and powdered, then mixed with Urea formaldehyde binding reagent and put into blocks and pressed under hydraulic press to get particle board or fibre board. This transformation needs small investment due to the use of binding agent and hydraulic press. But the outcome is impressive for human utensils at construction. The above recycling or transformation processes are mentioned and illustrate in this book which can get income, reduce poverty and waste management. This can lead to sustainable future developm
